The ledger
Countries, cities and trips, sorted by time spent.

Shaded by days spent
The globe fills in as days add up, so long stays stand out at a glance.

Any time range
All time, the last month to 12 months, or one calendar year.
Stays, not just trips
Tokyo 1-10 then Kyoto 11-20 is one 20-day stay in Japan.
Photos stay on the stop where you took them.

Questions
How accurate is the visa information?
Visa requirements are compiled from secondary sources and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not immigration advice. Always confirm entry rules with the official government sources for your destination before you travel.
Can anyone else see my trips or photos?
No. Trips, legs and photos are stored per account and are not visible to other users. There are no public profiles, feeds or shared views.
How are my photos stored?
Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, are never made public, and other users cannot access them. They are not end-to-end encrypted, so avoid uploading anything highly sensitive (IDs, passports, documents).
How are overseas territories handled?
Territories such as French Guiana or the French Caribbean islands are recorded under their sovereign country, so a stay in French Guiana counts as France rather than as a separate destination.
Can I use Tokoyo without an account?
Yes, you can explore the globe without signing in. Saving trips, attaching photos and tracking visa days require a Google account.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account and everything in it, including trips, legs, photos and passport details, are permanently deleted immediately. Nothing is soft-deleted or kept, and deletion cannot be undone.
